Commission Terms
INITIAL STAGES
The first step in requesting a commission is to fill out the form below. Please be as specific as possible with what you would like commissioned - e.g., preferred size, medium, and what is the main subject of the commission. If you are a little unsure, feel free to drop me an email so we can explore your desired outcome together and work out what suits you best. I aim to respond to all queries within 48-hours of receiving, where we will then discuss quotes and payment options together. Your quote is based off of the size and art medium you select, as well as the number of subjects featured in your commission. For 2 or more subjects, I would recommend the largest size so that I can get as much detail into your piece as possible.
At this stage, I will also request clear, high quality reference images of the subject of your commission. The better the images, the more detail I can incorporate in your piece. For more information about what photos may be acceptable or unacceptable, please check out my Reference Photos page.
PRICING & PAYMENT
To secure your commission, I will require an upfront deposit payment of 40% of the total price. Until this deposit has been received, I am unable to confirm the booking. The deposit is non-refundable once paid, unless I (the artist) am unable to go ahead with the commission due to unforeseen circumstances. When the commissioned piece has been completed, I will require the remaining 60% payment of the total price. Payments can be sent either through BACS or PayPal. Please note that your order will not be shipped until the final payment has been received.

SOCIAL MEDIA
During completion of your commission, I may request your permission to share ‘work in progress’ images on my social media channels, along with images of your finished commission. If the commission is a gift for a loved one, please let me know so I can hold off from posting any spoilers online. Please note that I will not be selling prints of any commissioned pieces that I have completed - so you can be assured that your commission is completely unique and original!
RECEIVING YOUR ARTWORK
Upon completion of the commission and once the final payment has been made, you will receive a high resolution scanned image of your commission, and your piece will arrive mounted and securely wrapped.
Commissions shipped within the UK will be free delivery, and you will be sent a tracking number once your commission has been shipped. For international commissions, please inform me of this when booking your commission so that I can advise on the delivery cost.
Any reference images and information provided above will be held on file for administrative purposes only. Please inform us if you would like your information removed after the invoiced work has been completed and delivered.
